Moving away from plusnet.

Ok.

I got my new Plusnet sim card last week.

I got my old number mover over to my Plusnet sim card on the 14th Feb 2022.

How long do i have to wait until i can request my PAC to move away again?

Reason for the move is i am far from happy with the coverage at my end even though the coverage page said 100% it is far from it.

No need for anyone to reply now.

I have just terminated my contract with Plusnet.

I must say Plusnet i dont know what you have done over the last 14 months but your service is shocking.

When i was a mobile customer just over 14 months ago before this resent contract yuo where spot on.

I could get hold of an agent via live chat no problem.

But now No reply to my emails

No reply on your facebook messages.

No reply via texts.

And took over 2 hours this morning to get through via phone.

So on that note Bye Bye plusnet such a shame you have let your service get this bad.
