Moving Plusnet SIM to android from iphone - unable to make calls/messages

Hi

Moved Plusnet SIM from iphone to new Motorola Android phone.

Shows signal and SIM status shows:

• network: plusnet
• service status: in service

Far more often than not, unable to make outgoing calls or send message (latter returns "can't send message error 0")

Unable to receive incoming calls. Calls to the number go straight to answer phone. Have received one incoming message but other test messages sent to new phone have not been received.

Have tried:

• Turning phone off, reinserting SIM, turning phone back on.
• Disabling auto-network and selecting PlusNet manually.
• Inserting SIM back into old iPhone - works fine in iPhone but not when inserted back into new phone
• Inserting another SIM card into the new phone - albeit EE and not Plusnet - other SIM card works fine in new phone.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have checked this and still no joy sadly.
Twice now when I have restarted phone I receive incoming msg but then do not receive further incoming - nor able to send msg or receive/make calls.

I have moved the Plusnet SIM into a different Android phone and it works OK.
Put it back into Motorola g60s and still not work. Putting other sim card for ee network into Motorola g60s does work.
Have also reset network connection on phone.
Unsure whether problem is with phone or SIM card.
