Moved from EE - signal now terrible

Was on EE and the signal was OK - now getting no signal at all indoors 90% of the time, and having to go to the garden to make calls, where it's poor at times. Are they using the same network as EE or a compromised version?

If you were relying on 4G 800MHz then yes because that isn't available

How would I know if I was using that?

Re: Moved from EE - signal now terrible

You'd need something like the LTE Discovery app off the Play Store or iTunes. That will tell you which band is being used although you'd need an EE sim in the phone.
