I have just received my EE sim and transfered the mobile number to the new sim, all working well.

Do I need to contact Plusnet to cancel or is it automatic once the number is transfered?

Hey there @zebo-the-fat once the PAC has gone through the account closes automatically. The way you can tell it's closed is by receiving an email saying £0 is due.
