You have to be with Plusnet mobile for 6(?) months on a sim only plan before being eligible for one of their handset deals.

@Colin_Maybe was correct, you would need to make 7 clear direct debit payments, and once the 7th payment has been made, the upgrade to a handset would be dependent on an eligibility check Once this 7th payment has cleared, you would be best giving us a call so our Sales Team can discuss the best handset and tariff options for you! In the meantime, you can be on whichever 30 day rolling SIM only tariff you would like, all of which can be found at https://www.plus.net/mobile/plans/sim-only/
