Hello - I've got a message on my mobile account that says 'You have a tariff change in progress This takes place on 01 March 2021' - even though I don't have any changes in progress. However I might actually want to change tariffs, but this message is stopping me from doing it! Could someone from Plusnet remove the message please, so I can look at my options for changing tariff - thank you!
