Help please!!
My phone phone has stopped working today I have tried to call customer services via 500 on my phone but it just says outbound calls are restricted. Someone also tried to call me and it didn’t work. I have paid my bill so I don’t understand what has happened. I am going on holiday soon and really need my phone to work. Are any staff members able to check this please.

I had a similar issue last week. They've sent me a new SIM card, but that's not working either so I'm just going to switch provider. Apparently there were issues with masts in my area (even though I'd travelled around and had the same issue elsewhere).
As you can't call or text at the minute, you'll need to borrow someone else's phone or use a landline to call in and complain. Or you can tweet them.
