Mobile plan upgrade query
I'd like to upgrade my Mobile plan to one advertised on the Plusnet website.
£8 per month for 20GB data
Rolling 30 day contract
However when I'm logged it confirms my broadband account but doesn't acknowledge that I'm already a Plusnet Mobile customer and is asking to transfer me into the Plusnet network from another provider. Is this correct, are current Plusnet Mobile customers eligible for the Yorkshire Day offer?
