Mobile network not available for voice calls.

This seems to be plusnet's go to message that comes up randomly when I try to make a call.

It usually lasts a few seconds and I just try calling again and it goes away and the call goes through.

Any idea what is going wrong.

Can you enter your postcode into EE's service checker Here and click on the check network button?

There may be a known issue on the infrastructure. Let us know what you find out.

Have you recently ported your number because there was a post on here and the problem was something to do with previous supplier and the port was not done correctly
