I upgraded to a handset on Sunday that is due to be delivered tomorrow. I haven't received a confirmation email or a tracking number yet. There is nowhere on my account to view or check the status on orders can someone help?
We wouldn't process a handset order over the weekend. If you requested this on Sunday, this order would have been sent across yesterday (Monday 30/10/17), and confirmed with our delivery service (DPD) today (Tuesday 31/10/17). As soon as this has been submitted and picked up by DPD, you'll receive an email and text to advise you of the delivery/tracking information.
If you've yet to recieve any correspondence regarding your handset upgrade, I would advise to give our Sales Team a call on 500 free from your handset, or 0800 079 1133, and they'll certainly take a look into this for you.
