Hello,
I’m looking to joining Plusnet Mobile shortly, and then joining Plusnet Broadband & Phone in August when my current minimum term expires with BT.
Would being a mobile member affect my eligibility for broadband discounts/cashback which may be offered around that time? Or is the accounting system different for each, so I would be classed as a new broadband customer?

Hello Sam! Great to hear you're going to start with us.
Your Broadband account will be separate to any Mobile accounts you hold. Our Mates Rates bonuses can be applied to your Mobile tariff with us once you have an active Broadband account and contact the Mobile team again. So, after your Broadband account is set-up, just get in touch with your Broadband username and we'll get that sorted for you!
Let me know if there's anything else I can clarify for you about your Mobile service.
