Just moved home and can't get a mobile signal in the house. I have to go out on to the street to get a signal. Thought it might be a problem with EE but my partner has a direct contract with EE and the signal inside and outside the house is strong. Any suggestions or do I move provider?

If you are saying your partners phone gets coverage on EE but you don't on PlusNet - this is probably because PlusNet do not offer the 800MHz band that EE do.
It's likely that your partners phone is connecting using the 800MHz band and your phone can't - hence the difference in coverage.
I would suggest Wifi calling as a workaround, but that isn't available on PlusNet mobile either.
