Mobile connection dropping out.

Is anyone having problems with their PN mobile connection dropping out? It frequently does when speaking to both my brother and sister, they both are on the EE network.

I've also had a spate of text messages failing to send over the last week.

Re: Mobile connection dropping out.

I had problems sending a photo to my sister yesterday. Not sure what network she's on. It just said 'sending' for ages and then I got fed up and deleted it. I sent it by email instead.

I'm really sorry to hear this @Mayfly and @glandorescilly

You can check to see if there are any issues in your area by going to https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/networkchecker/checkservice

Please let us know how you get on. Should your connection issues persist, please contact our Mobile team directly by dialing 500 from your handset.

We are able to investigate some Mobile issues but would need to run through security first. Please feel free to PM your:

Re: Mobile connection dropping out.

A few things to try...

Some problems can be sorted on your phone. Try these quick fixes.

1. Turn airplane mode on and off again

2. Restart your device

3. Check you have the latest software
