Mobile cancellation due to moving abroad

Me and my wife moved abroad about 1 year ago; we just finished migrating all authentication services to our new mobile number, so we were planning to cancel our Plusnet contracts as we haven't used the service since the move.

Problem is that the only way to cancel seems either to call using our plusnet sims (which I think we lost during the move), or using a different sim (though the number give by plustnet does not work for international calls), or send a letter (which might take a long time because UK no longer being in the EU?).

 

Question is: is there anyway I can cancel the contract through chat/forums/account page on the website?

I'm afraid that the only way to cancel a mobile service outright without moving to another provider is to call us on 0800 079 1133 you should be able to call from an international phone, although any call charges you may get we can't cover.
