Hi
I just joined Plusnet as a monthly mobile sim customer yesterday when my new sim arrived ( 13.10.21) however they have billed me for usage for September 12th till October 11th . Can anyone tell me why this is ?

Welcome to the Forum,
You have been charged because you pay one month in advance but when you leave you get the last month back and don't pay for it
