I downloaded the plusnet app .
Tried to sign in too the app can't sign in tried user name and mobile nunberp
We would like to use plusnet app can't use it a and can't sign in
could you help us resolve this please

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the mobile app. Can you please try using your mobile account number for the username and if possible, delete and re-install the app. 

If the issue persists, be sure to give us a call on 500 free from your SIM.
