Would be nice if Plusnet gave us an app to check our remaining Data/Minutes etc, and maybe offering other services such as Chat support.
If it could link to both Mobile and Broadband customers even better.

Hi @rich63,
Thanks for getting in touch. We're always looking for ways to improve our service, and we're aware many customers would benefit from using an app.
We're currently in plenty of discussions about this, however; we're unable to provide any specific information or timescales as of yet but we'll be sure to keep you updated along the way!
In terms of a chat support, we do have a team of experts via our Live-Chat feature which is accessible via our website: https://www.plus.net/mobile/ - you'll find the tab to click on Live-Chat on the right hand side, next to the scroll bar. -Ashleigh

Thanks for the feedback, but I was thinking of chat support via the app rather than webpage. If as much as possible was self contained via the app to make things easier for your customers.
Using Chat support via an app could be useful because not everyone has access to a PC, chat doesn't use much data and they could use wifi or data without having to worry about trying to find the correct webpage link. Keeping things as simple/easy as possible. It shouldn't take much to port to an app as you already have the bulk of the code ready.
Hence better customer service, better ratings! Which I understand you need right now.
On the dual Mobile/broadband/phone app, customers could manage their account better as well as see usage on the mobile. You would have to have some kind of dual login process though as for some reason broadband and mobile accounts are currently different, would have been nice to manage both from same account anyway!!
