Mobile account setup

Hi, I've just joined plusnet mobile, ive received the sim and the number has ported over today but I cant set up my mobile account. It keeps saying that the mobile number and email address are wrong.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues logging into the account. So we can check all the details are correct from our side, could you please PM:

- your full name & confirmation that you are the account holder
- your full address including postcode
- the mobile number in question?
