Mobile Usage History

Greetings! I have asked a representative tonight on online chat about the Mobile Usage History online which shows the date but does not show the time of the call. I asked him to put a suggestion forward that the time the call was made be included. He said suggestions were always welcome. Does anyone else in this forum think the same way that the time should be included in the Usage History online?

Thank you for your feedback you do have a valid suggestion. I am aware that both the date and times are displayed on the bill, but I will definitely flag it to the relevant team about the app and online.

The app does show time on this months usage. Previous months usage on the app are obtained from bills (I assume) and they also show time. As to the online portal, I've not used it for quite a while so couldn't say...

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
