Mobile Smart Cap (it doesn't work)

Hi,

I recently signed up to a Plusnet  SIM and opted for a smart cap of NIL, i.e. Use only the inclusive minutes etc, but the problem is the smart cap doesn't work, I tested it with an international number and it rang.

Can this be sorted please.

I believe, and could be wrong, that it needs to be tripped.
So even with a smart cap of 0 it won't block anything chargeable until you've done something that is chargeable.

That appears to be really "smart" if correct. A customer does't want to exceed their allowance but we will charge them extra to trigger it!
