Mobile Services Down...Again

Seems I have zero mobile signal yet again. This seems to be happening more and more recently. EE website suggests it's a problem in my local area. Plusnet support says to call them, but I can't as I have no signal, and there is no option to chat online or anything. How many days does my service have to be down before I am entitled to some sort of compensation as it's really not good enough.
