Mobile Price Cap

Good morning, I have just taken out 2 SIM only deals with Plusnet and set a cap of 0 on both accounts. Can I please ask why if I've set a cap of 0 would it allow a chargeable text to go through ? I've been charged 33p for an MMS text? I thought anything that was chargeable would be blocked if 0 is set. Thanks Alan

Hi @alcorn63,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you've been charged for an MMS message despite your Smart Cap being set at 0. Please send me the following details over on a private message. If you add a comment to this thread once you've done that, we'll make sure that this is picked back up and looked into:

 

- The mobile number that the charge was against

- Your full name

- Your full address, including the postcode
