Mobile Plan Upgrade email

Hi there,

I'v just upgrade my family's mobile contracts and received an email confirmation which is, to put it simply, absolute rubbish!

I "upgraded" to 30 day 5Gb, unlimited calls and texts for £9.50.  The email says:

Thank you for changing your plan.

We're working away on your move to the 0417 1M PN SPEC SIMO 5GB 10.00 plan. This will start from 01-07-2017.

Your new plan now looks like this:

Plan price- £10.00 per month
Data - 5120mb
Minutes - 500
Texts - UNL
Contract Type - 30 day rolling contract

You can find more details on our prices in our Mobile Price Guide. We'll be in touch if there are any important changes to these charges and make sure we give you plenty of notice.

We'll be in touch on 01-07-2017 to let you know that your new plan is now active.

Thanks,
The Plusnet Mobile Team

What is going on?  This bares no relation to what I submitted....Jeez, I've seen phishing emails which are more accurate than this!

Re: Mobile Plan Upgrade email

After being told this would happen in October, it didn't.  Now when I log into my account it says December...whats going on?
