This has been an ongoing problem now for four days because of an issue with the local EE mast (Clitheroe) which means that I (and others) cannot use my mobile phone.
Nobody seem to know what the problem is exactly or how long it is going to take to sort out. The signal from the mast is OK, it just will not let Plusnet phones register (I don't know if EE phones can).Plusnet's 'service status' for mobiles has never moved off 'green' even though they are aware there is a problem which makes it about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
