I submitted a Port request on Sunday 17 February at 13:45 the request was confirmed at 13:52
I'd heard nothing from Plusnet so rang 500 from my mobile on Tuesday 19 February and was told my number change would be complete by 18:00 that day.
It is now 07:00 on Wednesday 20 February I still have nothing from Plusnet and my old mobile number has still not been ported. Why is there such a delay?

So that I can investigate for you, can you please PM me the mobile number, your full address including postcode and the last 2 digits of the sort code and account number used to pay the bills?

Hi OskarPapa thanks for the reply and apologies for not answering sooner.
I spoke to Gemma on the helpdesk this morning and star that she is, she's sorted things out for me. Consequently it looks like things are happening even as I type! I don't expect any issues/problems from this point, so will mark this thread as resolved.
