Mobile Number Porting - best way for the aged

Given the chance of screwing something up - fat finger syndrome - would there be any problem with doing it via email where you can double or indeed treble Embarrassed check the information before sending it

was hoping one could do it via email as being very hard of hearing I find the telephone difficult [so have mobile for texts!]

I was responding to preacherlady, although there's little difference between live chat and email.

My experience is that there is - with email you can have a full size window to work in whereas in Chat it is pitifully small
