Hi - is the mobile network down? I can't make or receive calls?

Having the exact same issue in CT12 post code not the first time this month either just refuses to send or recieve calls or texts but data works perfectly

So thats today and the 18th of january so far...

 I couldn't make calls a few minutes ago. Working again now.

Yes, called their support line, they couldn't really explain why the service status page shows everything as OK. Told it would take a few hours to sort out.

Mine was fine till an hour ago! No incoming/outgoing calls now. Left o2 because of outages only been with plusnet 6wks 😳

No coverage in GL15 - I phoned and they told me it was a problem with the EE network, but I phoned using my work phone which is EE and working perfectly. I was told to phone back if it isn't working in a few hours.

Yep, down again.

No calls in central London, but data is still working.

I think it is my fault. I was complaining about the Plusnet billing problems to a colleague yesterday, and I told him that at least I'd never had a problem with my Plusnet mobile account...

Hi - the network is down in CA13 and LS - it appears that anyone with a PlusNet contract the network has gone down - BUT no feedback from PlusNet on the matter. And I need my phone for my business.

Not able to make or receive calls from 3 phones in Coventry.. any official word?

So from the reports here the problem is nationwide, and isn't affecting the EE network, just Plusnet phone calls.

Agreed - my family across the 'north' are on PlusNet accounts and all down.We can use data, but not make/receive calls.

Sadly - This link (via the Sun newspaper) shows that outage started from 4pm and is nationwide. Need a refund for today!!!!

issue appears to be resolved in ramsgate CT12 area unless its a fluke that i was able to make a call

It now works in Leeds and Cumbria!!!!
