Mobile Network not Available

Cannot make any calls - not even to Plusnet to report the issue.

This happens regularly - sometimes lasts a few hours and sometimes days.

I've tried restarting phone and putting it in and out of flight mode, but no luck.

Does anybody know why this keeps happening?
