Mobile Direct Debit Payment Not Taken

Just wondering what's happening really, usually payment is taken on the day my bill info text says, which was 1st of February, but it's still not been taken, any idea what has happened?

 

I realise payments aren't taken at weekends but it's Tuesday now, and it's never been this late before, is something wrong somewhere?

Hi @TheWeeBear,

 

I'm sorry to hear that this month's payment looks to not have been taken. I've had a look into this now. My response contains account specific information so I've added this as a ticket on the account which you can view here.

I joined in December my first payment was due 1st February and this post made me check and mines not been taken either! No wonder my phone won’t make or receive calls today

Still nothing happening Adam, bank says Plusnet haven't requested February's payment at all so far.

 

Can I pay what I owe by card?

 

I asked for my PAC code yesterday as I'm transferring to 3, but still want to pay Plusnet what I owe.

Hello @TheWeeBear

 

After your mobile number has been transferred across to your new supplier. On your next refresh date, an invoice will be produced to calculate the final outstanding balance.

 

This will be taken out via direct debit. Alternatively, after this invoice has been produced, you can arrange the final payment by speaking with our Mobile Support team.

No problem. We're aware of a delay with collecting payments for a very small number of mobile customers and we're working to sort this out as soon as we can.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
