Mobile Data useage not being recorded in my online account.

Hi, since porting my old number to plusnet in February any mobile data I use is not being recorded in my online plusnet mobile account. It tells me I still have 2048MB of my 2048MB of mobile data left which is incorrect. Text and call data is being shown correctly. Any ideas? Thanks.

Your usage should be recorded daily in your 'My account', so it should always be up to date within 24 hours. If this isn't the case, there could be a number of reasons for that, and I'll happily take a look into that for you. Would you like to send me a private message (by first clicking on my profile) so that I can take your account details and run through a few things with you?

You can also always get a confirmation of your current usage by giving us a call (for free on 500) from your plusnet SIM, 7:30am-10pm.
