Mobile Data Not Working In Europe
The mobile data for my sim is not working in Europe. So far I have experienced this in Germany, France, and Spain. In each country have tried the following:
- Putting the phone into flight mode. Switching off and remove the sim card for 10 minutes. Re-inserting the sim card and turn the phone back on. Turning off flight mode. Waiting for 5 to 10 minutes to see if the connection is working.
- Manually connecting to a network (Orange, Movistar, YOIGO, Vodafone ES).
- Resetting network settings via General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Trying the sim in another mobile device.
Calling and texting is fine, but each time no success with getting any data.
Does anyone have any other suggestions for a fix, or is it just time to switch mobile providers? Thanks for any help!

I also had a similar problem in France, all I could get was 3g, others have been having the same problems and it does not appear PlusNet have fixed this, I have now left PlusNet as from my conversations with tech support I have no confidence that this will be resolved soon.
