Re: Mis-selling

I think you'll find that all MVNOs point back to the main provider for their coverage map - which is why PN point to EE for coverage.

So, what are the chances of EE modifying their map????

Well, if OFCOM were able to bring pressure to bear on all providers to filter their coverage maps for all the wee MVNOs out there then it would work - good luck with that Crazy

@RebekaPreston thanks for your efforts in finally resolving this.

I'll echo others comments though, that the PN coverage map really needs updating to take this into account.

I agree, but as it is not representative of the service coverage that Plusnet Mobile can offer it could be construed as false advertising.

Re: Mis-selling

Our 4G uses the 1800Mhz band, currently set at 40Mbps as the max speed and our coverage checker does filter out the band that we cannot access.
