Migrated to another Provider, account now in credit?

Hi guys,

I've ended up migrating back to GiffGaff, sorry but I was just getting a poorer/no signal in all areas I used my phone Most of East and North Yorkshire), so had little choice.

I used the PAC code to transfer my number, which all worked perfectly fine (this time), but it hasn't closed my Plusnet mobile account, and now it's showing as being in credit by £5.20.

Is it possible that could be either refunded and closed, or perhaps transfer it to my Broadband account?

Cheers.

Andy

Fix

Hi there, we'll refund that automatically for you. Once an account is closed a final bill is generated within 20 days so any payments or refunds are sorted out at that point.
