Message failure

Hello folks

Tried to enter a competition on the radio but as soon as i send a text to the number it comes up not delivered, tried multiple times but still the same result

Hi If its a short code ie only five numbers PlusNet mobile does not support this type of message.

The reason they say is to protect their users.

There are many posts about this issue.

The problem is many companies and hospitals are using short code messages so hopefully PlusNet will very soon be introducing them

I am going to guess this was a 'short code' number that you were trying to text? If it was then I am afraid that short codes aren't supported on the Plusnet mobile network.

This is something that is being considered though as demand for it is quite high as far as I can tell. One of the mobile CS team will be able to provide more info about that though.

Thanks for the replies, yes it was a 5 digit code. No worries and thanks again
