Mate Rate or Non Mate Rate

Hi PN

I can't remember if I ever signed up PN with sim only 30 days with mate rate (usually if you have plusnet broadband on it) or without mate rate (non plusnet broadband) how to tell it?

Cos if I want to leave PN broadband and make sure I got the sim only with 30 days with same tariff same price without mate rate but not sure if I do have it or not?
