Making phone calls from mobile to landline

I’ve noticed over the past week that the delay in connection of the aforementioned, also when I can get through sometimes the mobile will ring twice and there is a horrible noise then cuts off.

this is annoying as I am disabled and need my mobile

So we can investigate further can you PM me the following?

• Your mobile number or account number
• Your full address and postcode
• Your full name and if you're the account holder?
• Your date of birth
• The last 2 digits of your sort code and the last 2 digits of your account number used to pay the bill each month

ive also noticed that the network alters between 4G and 3G quite a lot
