We haven't had mobile phone coverage in our area east of York for at least 4 weeks. It's very hard to report a problem and there has been no offer of a refund. We've missed phone calls and are having to use the landline, which is now stupidly expensive, for essential calls. This isn't the first time it's happened, there are repeated problems with the EE mast used by Plusnet, Virgin and others which nobody seems to want to solve
