Lost sim

Hi, 

I lost my phone on sunday so need to get a replacement sim, i cant figure out how to do this, the only method of contact seems to be to phone, which i cant do as i dont have a phone. I tried messaging on twitter but got no response.

I'm really sorry to hear this has happened, I know this can be a pain from when I have lost my phone in the past.
