Lost sim. How to get replacement?

I lost my SIM card. How can I get a replacement with the same number and contract on it?

Is a family member or a friend with Plusnet Mobile?

If so then ask to borrow their mobile phone and call them (for free) by dialing 500 from their mobile.

 

Nobody else using Plusnet Mobile, no problem, call then 0800 079 1133 from any phone.

 

Note: You can only call between 7.30am - 10pm, but that is every day.

 

Alternatively, you can contact them at mobile-help@plus.net

If you give us a call on 08000791133, contact us on live chat via our website, or send us a private message on here, we'll order you a new SIM. The contract and number will remain the same, no worries!

my new sim card hasnt arrived been on the phone for an hour now no one answering !!!!
