Lost signal in Devizes... Again!

Three weeks ago I lost service for 3 days due to issues with an EE mast. I've lost service again, and have checked the EE service status -- once again, suggesting it'll be out for "up to" another 8 hours.

I ended up with money off my bill last month - if this continues, I'll be looking for the same at best. It's a real worry being out in the countryside and having no mobile service

So it's now Saturday, making it a third consecutive day without service...considerably longer than 8 hours. The EE service checker is still saying we should be fixed in about 8 hours.

Plusnet, please don't expect me to pay for service I'm not receiving.

Hi @radunford, I'm really sorry that the issue is taking much longer than we'd like to get this resolved. I've checked for updates and we're hoping to have that fixed by Monday for you.
