Lost my number?

I've just moved my mobile account to Plusnet, and had asked for my existing number to be carried over.
This does not appear to have happened.
What should I do?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Call customer services , 500 from your mobile
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks: I did that and it's all sorted.
I hoped to avoid it, as I'm very deaf and it's never easy, but the advisor was excellent and I'm happy.
