Yes i still have that problem.
I had reset phone settings, tried to enter manual APNs, had a new sim delivered today, still no internet.
Phone 100% is ok because i can easily get 4g+ on another EE sim. Plusnet support team now trying to disable and enable my mobile data service. will see. if it doesn't help i will move back to EE.
