Lost 4 G service

I seem to have lost 4G service in last few days. My partner is getting 4G on her Plusnet mobile but I can now only get 2 or 3G connection. Anyone else had this? Restarting phone doesn't change anything. I'm in Shropshire but home or work got no 4G where I normally do get it.
