I have lost total phone signal and 4g, trying to get a simple answer of whether a general issue or just me is such hard work. It was working fine until I went for a walk then abruptly died. WiFi has been dropping out as well over the last few days, have to keep resetting the router.

Welcome to our community forums @KassieF
I’m sorry to see you’re having signal issues. If you put your postcode into EE’s coverage checker here https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee and click the check network button, are there any known issues?
If there aren’t, could you drop me a PM with the below details? We’ll be happy to take a closer look for you.
+Your mobile number
+Your full name
+Your full address
+Are you the account holder?
+Your date of birth
+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
When messaging me, please include a link to this thread as our staff PM's go through a centralised system internally so I might not personally message you back. Although just a few of us monitor our Community Forums so there’s a good chance I’ll pick it up.

Hi thank you for your reply, however it appears it’s the phone that’s the problem. I did check EE and it did also state there’s a problem but did not give details, but this might explain why the WiFi has dropped out repeatedly.
