Login, app & viber messaging

Hi 

Just got on the network today! 

On the Plusnet site, what are the login details for the Mobil account? My details for the broadband and phone account doesn't work.

I have looked for the mobile app on Android, but not found anything?

Is using Viber covered under mobile data? I would guess it is...

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

When you go to to the 'My Account' login page, your username is your mobile number or mobile account number. You can set up a password by clicking on the 'Forgotten My Password' button. 

We currently have an app in the pipeline and we'll be announcing the release date of this soon, so stay tuned!
