Life Mobile now Plusnet Mobile - Voicemail

Hi

I am one of the ex Life Mobile customers. On that service I had voicemail turned off.

However, somebody who rang me today, when I couldn't answer, says it went to Voicemail.

Can someone please tell me how I can deactivate Voicemail on Plusnet, and then how to check any messages left since joining, and lastly, if it will cost anything to retrieve them ?

Hi PeteIOW,

You can call 555 on your handset to take you to your voicemail service. Using your voicemail service will come out of your minutes allowance. As for switching off your voicemail, I can do do that for you.
