I left Plusnet for another mobile network for a few months, then came back. I can still log on to my old account, but my new bills aren't appearing there. How can I relink my mobile to my online account?
As far as I'm aware once a mobile account has been ceased it can't be reactivated, so you'll need to have a new one. If you've ported the same number over to us, can you try setting a different password Here and try logging in again?
If that doesn't allow you to access your new account, could you PM me your mobile number so I can investigate further?
