Left Plusnet, billed wrongly

Evening everybody,

Finally decided to leave Plusnet mobile as it is not value for money any more and the service is likely to go in the next period, no new accounts being started, SIMs issued.

Anyway, porting went ok transferred to Smarty on a much bigger data package for less money.

Got an email saying I would be charged £0.22, fair enough.

However just seen on my bank statement that I have been charged the £0.22, but also a whole £6.86, my normal monthly charge?

Any suggestions as to how to get this resolved asap.
