Left Plusnet Mobile but still getting Bills

 

I left Plusnet Mobile 6 weeks ago but am still getting bills, the latest says I am in credit and therefore they will not be taking anything from my bank!!

I have two mobiles and both have been moved to another provider, can any of the very helpful Plusnet members help please.
