I called Plusnet to let them know I wish to leave in November to let them know I will be moving abroad.
I have received messages over the past couple of days saying I haven't paid my December bill and will be charged an additional £10 on top as a late payment fee. This is unacceptable. I have canceled my contract - there were no further charges due under the terms and conditions - why am I being charged for December and this late payment fee due to your incompetence?
I did not agree to be charged for December and now I logged into my account and it says it's still active with the next bill due in 19 days which suggests I will also be charged in January.
This is wholly unacceptable and ask for an immediate investigation into this matter.
